摘要
《吉林省人口与计划生育条例》规定 :“达到法定婚龄决定终生不再结婚并无子女的妇女 ,可以采取合法的医学辅助生育技术手段生育一个子女。”这一条例的出台 ,在全国上下引起了强烈的反响。本文对独身女性生育权所涉及的法律问题 ,进行了探讨 ,目的是促进法律的规范和科学 。
It is written in statue of population and birth control in Ji Lin province that women who are in legal marriageable age and decide to be terminally single can employ assistecl procreative methods to give birth to one child, which causes profound despondence nationwide. Ties essay discusses the law problems about procreation right in single women in order to improve the law and protect peoples rights.
