摘要
文章对出版物国际交换的历史背景、国际、国内的现状、运作模式、理论研究等方面做了全面的论述和探讨。提出了文献的国际交换工作在我国存在的诸多问题 。
The article makes a comprehensive study of international publication exchange issue, the aspects covered include historical background, theoretical research, the state-of-art domestically and internationally, operation pattern; stating the problems raised in international publication exchange in China and justify the necessity of establishing national center for international publication exchange.
