摘要
以往的应急系统选址问题通常仅把"时间最短"作为系统的优化目标,易导致系统的费用大大提高.针对这个特点,论文在考虑满足应急系统时间紧迫性的前提下,提出基于系统的费用最小的数学模型,并给出了相应的求解算法,并从理论上证明了该应急系统模型求解方法的正确性.
Location problem in emergency systems often regrads “t he shortest t ime' as the objective,it may result in largely raising system's fee.In connectio n with these characteristics, on the pemise of satisfying the emergency systems' e xigency, a model based on minimum fee is given,at the same time. A corresponding algorithm is given and the correctness of the approach is proved theoretically.
