摘要 根据某海域的环境数据编制了当量加速腐蚀试验谱,运用该当量加速腐蚀试验谱对2B06铝合金材料进行当量加速腐蚀试验,试验结果采用KH-7700三维显微镜进行观测。运用腐蚀深度D、截面积A和无量纲参数Area-Box(AB)等参数作为腐蚀损伤的表征量,通过分析不同当量腐蚀年限下的典型微观腐蚀坑的形貌特征得出腐蚀损伤规律,研究了各表征量的概率分布特性及随腐蚀时间的变化规律。 According to the environment data of a certain sea area, the equivalent accelerated corrosion testing spectrum was compiled. The accelerated Slat Spray Testing of 2B06 aluminum alloy was performed. We adopt the KH-7700 3-D optical microscope to observe the result of the test. By using corrosion depth D, cross section area A and Area-Box parameter AB the corrosion damage morphology is described. The characters of pitting micro morphology of different corrosion time were analyzed and we find the disciplinarian of the corrosion damage. The probability among these parameters and the variations of the corrosion damage with time were researched.
