新型航空铝合金2B06腐蚀形态参数分布规律研究

摘要 海洋环境下飞机结构腐蚀严重,研究航空铝合金包腐蚀形态参数分布规律,对于飞机日历寿命评估十分重要。本研究以新型铝合金包铝材料2B06为研究对象,根据实际环境数据编制的当量加速腐蚀试验谱进行当量加速腐蚀试验。采用KH-7700三维显微镜对腐蚀损伤进行观察和测量,选取合适的腐蚀形态参数对损伤形态进行描述,分别采用正态、对数正态、Gumbel(I型极大值)和Weibull分布进行统计分析,得到腐蚀损伤的最佳分布形式以及随时间的变化规律,为飞机结构的日历寿命评估提供参考依据。 Corrosion damage is very critical in the aircraft structure in the midst of highly corrosive marine environment.According to equivalent accelerated corrosion testing spectrum based on key environment data,the equivalent accelerated corrosion test of the new aluminum alloy 2B06 was carried out.Through KH-7700 3-D optical microscope,corrosion damage was inspected and measured.By statistical analysis with Normal,Gumbel,Weibull and Logarithm distribution separately,the best distribution rule of the corrosion damage was obtained,and which is the basis of assessing residual strength and life prediction for aircraft structure.
