摘要
伴随着市场经济的飞速发展,国有企业正面临着市场带来的经济转型。企业复合型人才需求的紧张从内在催化高职教育的人才培养模式转变。因此,如何提高高职教育人才培养的效率,利用创新思想推进人才培养改革就成为社会各界关注的重要课题。在高职教育陷入发展瓶颈的当下,马克思主义思想为高职人才培养铺设一条创新路径,通过马克思主义思想,结合教学实践,不断强化高职学生的综合素养。
With the rapid development of the market economy,state-owned enterprises are facing the economic transformation brought by the market.The tension in the demand of enterprises for compound talents has promoted the change of talent training mode in higher vocational education.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of talent training in higher vocational education and use innovative ideas to promote talent training reform has become an important topic of concern to all sectors of society.At the moment when higher vocational education falls into the bottleneck of development,Marxist thought lays a new path for the cultivation of higher vocational talents,and continuously strengthens the comprehensive quality of higher vocational students through Marxist thought and teaching practice.
