摘要
本文主要是探讨通过高校与纪念馆合作,如何更加切实有效地做好党建带团建、团建促党建工作,如何培养优秀的共青团员作为入党积极分子。通过"馆校共建"探索新时代优秀团员培养、考察新模式,为党源源不断输入新鲜血液。在党的领导下不断增强团组织的吸引力、凝聚力和战斗力,对于共青团更好地担负起团结青年、凝聚青年的重任,更好地发挥社会主义现代化建设生力军作用,具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。
This paper mainly discusses how to effectively carry out the work of leading League construction with Party construction and promoting Party construction with League construction, as well as how to cultivate outstanding Communist Youth League members as Party activists through the cooperation between colleges and memorial halls. Through 'museum-college co-construction', this paper explores the new model of cultivating and testing outstanding League members in the new era, so as to provide new talents for the Party. Under the leadership of the Party, we should continuously enhance the attraction, cohesiveness and combat effectiveness of the League,which is of great realistic significance and profound historical significance for bringing together more young talents and giving play to their role as the new force of the socialist modernization.
