摘要
为了探讨大学生对实习的态度,本文采用《大学生实习态度》的调查问卷对在校80名大学生进行了调查。结果发现,多数大学生参与实习意愿强烈,肯定实习对自身和社会的价值;大学生实习具有选择倾向性;高校对实习没有进行科学规划;社会对学生实习支持力度不够。基于此,我们要帮助学生树立正确的实习认知;高校要对实习进行科学规划;社会要高度重视学生的实习,为大学生营造良好的实习环境。
In order to explore the attitude of college students towards internship, this paper surveyed 80 college students in the university using the questionnaire of 'Internship attitude of college students'. The results show that most college students have strong willingness to participate in the internship, which affirms the value of the internship to themselves and society;the internship of college students has a tendency to choose;the colleges do not have scientific planning for internships;Based on this, we must help students to establish correct internship cognition;colleges and universities should carry out scientific planning for internships;the society should attach great importance to students’ internships and create a good internship environment for college students.
