摘要
"实习生制度"是伴随着全球化与我国的就业形势而出现的。随着金融风暴的影响,"实习生制度"在我国逐渐得到了普及,但是,普遍实施的"实习生制度"并没有给"学校-学生-企业"带来预想的利益,而是带来了诸多困境,从而扩大了实习生制度的"反功能",给学生们带来严重损失——学生价值降低、就业困难。因此,笔者认为,学生是否参加实习、实习单位如何选择、实习时间如何安排……等问题,应该由主管教师、学校管理者以及学生共同协商,并制定相应的实习计划,降低实习所带来的损失。
The trainee system emerged with globalization and China's employment situation.With the financial turmoil,the trainee system has been popular increasingly in China.However,it has not brought the desired benefits to schools,students and enterprise,but a lot of difficulties,and the system has brought the "anti-function" of the trainee sys-tem,caused serious losses to the students-reducing the value of the students and employment difficulties.Therefore,this paper concludes that such questions that whether the student needs exercitation,how they choose the place and arrange the time,etc.should be discussed by teachers,university managers and students,and corresponding plans should be made to reduce the loss brought by exercitation.
