摘要
以六西格玛管理理念,运用界定、衡量、分析、改善、控制等五个关键步骤来探讨分析实验教学过程,应用统计方法分析学生对于教学过程的需求,探讨学生对提升教学质量的期望与差距,发掘学生的真正需求以及提高学校教学质量的关键要素,为高校提升教学质量提供参考依据。
On the basis of study of laboratory construction and management models for institutions of higher learning , it was put forward how the management modes and operating mechanism would be innovated. Using Six Sigma theory and technique, this article discussed the construction of the experimental teaching demonstration center from management models, management systems, equipment management, teaching staff and personnel management, which provides a value reference for the laboratory management improvement.
