卷烟机流化床供丝方式对烟支燃烧温度分布的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为分析PROTOS-M8型超高速卷烟机流化床供丝工艺,借助卷烟燃烧温度分布检测方法对烟支剖切面两侧的燃烧温度进行了研究。研究发现烟支最高燃烧温度在特定的剖切面两侧存在明显差异。理论证明采用流化床供丝方式可能产生烟丝分层现象,因而烟支呈现烟丝不均匀分布的特性,表现出烟支燃烧温度分布差异。进一步通过红外热像仪分析技术对PROTOS-M8和PROTOS70型卷烟机的烟支燃烧温度分布进行表征。结果显示,PROTOS-M8的烟丝燃烧温度存在显著差异,但PROTOS70烟支最高温度分布无明显差异,证实流化床供丝方式对烟支中烟丝分层有重要影响,为今后对流化床内气流方向、压力等对烟丝分层的影响提供了理论依据。 For the study of cigarette manufacturing technology of ultra-high speed cigarette machine PROTOS-M8(Hauni GmbH) fluidized bed feeding cigarettes, the combustion temperature on both sides of the cut section was characterized by means of cigarette combustion temperature measurement system. The result indicated that the maximum combustion temperature of PROTOS-M8 cigarettes had significant differences on both sides along a specific section. According to the theoretical analysis, fluidized bed probably brings about cut tobacco stratification. Therefore, it led to uneven distribution of cut tobacco, showing the difference in the distribution of cigarette combustion temperature. The temperature distribution of PROTOS-M8 and PROTOS70 cigarettes was further investigated by high-speed infrared camera. It suggested considerable difference for PROTOS-M8, while no significant difference for PROTOS70, confirming fluidized bed feeding technology had an important impact on the layered tobacco cigarette. This study provides a theoretical basis for the influence of airflow direction and pressure of fluidized bed on the layered tobacco cigarette.
