摘要
在双烟条超高速卷烟机微波检测系统中,由于受卷烟机安装空间限制,两套独立微波检测系统之间的距离很近,微波密度检测系统易发生微波泄漏及互相干扰。文章从理论研究、结构设计和材料选择三方面详细说明了防止微波泄漏及抗干扰的方法。经过烟厂现场测试,该方法能够保证双路微波检测系统正常独立运行,双烟道目标重量取样标准偏差SD均能符合工艺标准值。
In the microwave detection system of double cigarette ultra-high speed cigarette rolling machine, the distance between the two independent microwave detection systems is very close, due to the limitation of the installation space of the cigarette machine. Microwave density detection system is prone to microwave leakage and interference with each other. In this paper, the methods of preventing microwave leakage and anti-jamming are explained in detail from three aspects: theoretical research, structure design and material selection. After field test in tobacco factory, the method can ensure the dual microwave detection system to operate independently, and the standard deviation SD of double flue target weight sampling can accord with the standard value of technology.
