摘要 提出一种基于Zig Bee的AT指令下大型物流仓储环境参数远程监测系统设计方法。将CC2530作为监测系统的主控芯片,利用协调器和系统各个模块进行连接,负责监测网络的建立,传送终端指令,接收各个仓储节点的数据传送给终端。系统硬件部分中,以HT7533作为电源模块的核心芯片,降低系统功耗;将仅需两条I/O口线当作DATA与SCK,接入一个去耦电容在GND和VDD端口的SHT11温湿度传感器,和能够检测到多种可燃性的气体,以及可燃蒸汽的MQ-2气敏传感器,作为仓储环境参数的采集模块,进而达到高精度数据采集和低成本的要求。实验表明,该方法不仅提高了物流仓储环境参数的采集精度,还降低了系统运行能耗和成本。 This paper presents a design method of remote monitoring system for large-scale logistics storage environment parameters based on Zig Bee AT command. The CC2530 is used as the master chip of the monitoring system. It is connected with each module of the coordinator and the system. It is responsible for monitoring the establishment of the network,transmitting the terminal instructions and receiving the data of each storage node to the terminal. In the hardware part of the system,the HT7533 is used as the core chip of the power supply module to reduce the system power consumption. Only two I/O lines are regarded as DATA and SCK,and a decoupling capacitor is connected to the SHT11 temperature and humidity Sensors,and can detect a variety of flammable gases,and combustible steam MQ-2 gas sensor,as the storage environment parameters of the acquisition module,and thus achieve high precision data acquisition and low cost requirements. Experiments show that this method not only improves the accuracy of logistics storage environment parameters,but also reduces the system running energy consumption and cost.
