摘要
为了衡量我校医学生对内科学理论知识的掌握程度,以便进一步提高教学质量。通过对我校2011级临床医学专业130名学生的内科学试卷进行分析,对试卷命题质量、难度等进行统计分析。结果提示本次考试呈偏态分布,平均成绩76.84分,标准差9.3分,平均难度为0.77,总区分度为0.21,可信度0.83,试卷覆盖度较好。此次试题命题难度适中,区分度可,可信度及覆盖度较好,较准确反映了学生实际掌握内科学理论知识的水平;通过对此次分析我们发现虽然大部分同学对重点难点理论知识掌握较好,对某些知识点掌握欠佳,需要教师在以后教学中加强病例实际分析联系,理论联系实际。
To measure the extent of our medical students mastering the knowledge of internal medicine,and to identify the problems during the teaching process and help for further improvement of the teaching work. We analyzed the 130 internal medicine examination papers of grade 2011. The result showed skewed distribution, the average score is 76.84 points, standard deviation is 9.3, average difficulty is 0.77, total discrimination is 0.21 and credibility is 0.83. The proposition is moderate dif-ficult, discrimination, reliability and coverage are well. The examination paper accurately reflects the knowledge of our stu-dents. Through this analysis, we found that although most of the students have mastered the key? points, our teachers need to strengthen the relation between theory and practice.
