摘要
教师专业化与教学质量监控是教育实践研究中的热门与焦点问题,在厘清二者内涵,分析二者相关性的基础上,经研究,高校教学质量监控应遵循以下三个原则上下贯通,即:以上级要求为依据与以教师意见为参考相结合;动静结合,即:进行常态化的相对稳定的量化考核与实施动态的评价过程相结合;宽严相济,即:严格按照教学质量监控标准及程序实施评价测量与进行弹性管理相结合。
Teachers' specialization and teaching quality assurance is a popular and hot topic in education practice research, based on clarifying the two connotations, analyzing the correlation between the two, after study, teaching quality monitoring should be followed up and down through, namely: above grade requirements based and teacher comments as a reference combination;static and dynamic binding, namely: be normalized relatively stable quantitative assessment of the implementation of dynamic evaluation process integration; justice with mercy, namely: strict accordance with the teaching quality control standards and procedures for the implementation of the evaluation measure combined with elastic manage three principles.
