摘要
企业是社会经济的主体,培养适合企业发展需求的专业人才是工科高校发展满足社会需求的必由之路。为满足企业对应用人才的需求,地球化学本科教育一直在理论教学、实践教学内容和方法上不断进行改革,力图以企业和社会的现实需求作为立足点,培养具有扎实的理论知识、较强的实践能力的复合型人才。开展了用人单位对学生满意度调查与分析,企业和用人单位需求调查与分析,学生自我认知调查与分析,基于调查与分析结果,重新调整课程结构,优化课程体系,修订人才培养方案;加强校企和科教结合,强调实践训练,构建创新实践教学体系;构建了新型的面向企业需求的地球化学专业本科人才培养模式。
Enterprises are the main body of social and economic development, culture for the development of engineering professionals to meet the needs of the community college is the only way. To meet the needs of the application of talent, geochemical undergraduate education has been on the theoretical teaching, practice teaching content and methods of ongoing reform, trying to practical needs of business and society as a foothold, training with a solid theoretical knowledge, a strong practical ability of the compound talents. To carry out the employer student satisfaction surveys and analysis, business and employer needs survey and analysis, students' self-perception survey and analysis, based on the results of the survey and analysis, re-adjust the curriculum structure, optimize curriculum, revised training plan; strengthen school-enterprise and science and education, emphasizing practical training, building innovative practice teaching system; to build a new geochemical undergraduate training model for enterprise needs.
