摘要
园本课程开发是课程理念上的全面更新,随着基础教育改革的发展,园本课程开发引起了越来越多的人士关注。本文针对幼儿教师参与园本课程的主动性不足、幼儿教师开发园本课程的能力欠缺、幼儿教师对园本课程资源开发不充分等问题进行了深度的剖析,并提出了相应园本课程开发的对策,即提高幼儿教师对园本课程内涵价值的认识,充分发挥主动性、以满足实际情况为前提,寻求园本课程开发的途径和方法、以教学大纲为标准,建立完善的园本课程开发评价机制等。
