摘要
园本课程是以国家的法律法规及相关政策为指导,以幼儿园现实的环境和条件为背景,以幼儿现实的需要为出发点,以幼儿、幼儿园教师、家长和社区为主体构建的课程。园本课程在强调幼儿教师重要作用的同时,也突出了家长参与园本课程的必要性和重要作用。因此,要充分利用地域特色,调动家长参与的积极性;要打破传统的家长教育思想,提高家长的参与意识;要及时和家长沟通,获得有效反馈,等等。
With young children, kindergarten teachers, parents and the community as main parts, Kindergarten-based curriculum bases on national laws and relevant policies and real needs of young children and is set in kindergarten realistic environment and conditions. Kindergarten-based curriculum emphasizes the important role of the kindergarten teachers and also highlights the necessity and vital role of parents. For this reason, we should make full use of regional characteristics, mobilize the initiative of parent's involvement, break the traditional thinking of Parent education, increase awareness of parental involvement, and communicate timely with parents in order to get effective feedback.
