摘要
创业实践是高校青年学生社会实践活动的重要组成部分,对青年学生的毕业职业规划和就业能力提升具有重要的积极影响。在国家'双创'政策实施的背景下,高等院校更加重视青年学生的就业创业实践经历,旨在全面发展学生的各项素质。本文将从青年大学生的就业能力出发,对高校学生进行创业就业实践的意义和当前高校学生创业实践的现状进行分析,最后分析创业实践对青年学生就业能力提升的影响。
Entrepreneurial practice is an important part of the social practice of young college students,which has an important positive impact on their career planning and employment ability.Under the background of the implementation of the national'double-creation'policy,colleges and universities pay more attention to the practical experience of young students’employment and entrepreneurship,aiming at the comprehensive development of students’various qualities.Starting from the employment ability of young college students,this paper will analyze the significance of entrepreneurship employment practice of college students and the current situation of entrepreneurship practice of college students.Finally,it will analyze the impact of entrepreneurship practice on the improvement of young students’employment ability.
