摘要
目的:探讨"外科手术学基础"课程考核应用客观结构化临床考试(简称OSCE)的可行性和效果评价。方法:该门课程考核根据授课内容设置5个考站,主要包括器械认识与打结、外科洗手、消毒铺巾、穿无菌手术衣、戴无菌手套、切开缝合、伤口换药或拆线等考核站,且每个考站都设置有统一的评分量表,最后汇总5站成绩为该门课程的期末总成绩。结果:该OSCE方案激发了学生的学习热情,学生的外科操作技能明显提高。结论:"外科手术学基础"OSCE方案的改革,增强其实际操作性,提高了学生的临床技能,而且每一项技能操作都有统一的评分标准,很大程度上避免了人为主观因素的影响,让学生更加熟练地掌握了外科无菌技术、操作规则及外科手术基本操作技术。[1]
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of the application of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) in the course of basic surgery. Methods: the course evaluation according to the teaching content set 5 examination station, including the equipment understanding and knotting, surgical hand washing, disinfection shop towels, wearing sterile gown, wearing sterile gloves, incision suture, wound dressing or clear assessment station, and each test station is provided with a scale of unity, the final summary the 5 station scores for the course of the final total score. Results: the OSCE program inspired the enthusiasm of the students, the students' surgical skills improved significantly. Conclusion: the reform of ' Basic Surgery' plan OSCE surgery, to enhance its maneuverability, improve the clinical skills of students, and each skill has a unified standard for evaluation, largely to avoid the influence of subjective factors, make students more proficient in the basic operation of surgical aseptic technique, technology the operation rules and surgery.
