摘要
民办高校实行目标责任管理有助于科学管理、转变思维方式、实现学校发展目标。民办高校为目标责任制提供了便捷通道、应用型人才培养为目标管理明确了方向、两级管理体制为目标责任制构建了良好的组织基础、可量化管理为目标责任制奠定了科学基础。对各二级单位目标责任的确定要慎重细致,要处理好结果和过程,定量与定性的关系,重视考评结果的科学性和真实性。
The implementation of target responsibility management in private colleges and universities is helpful to scientific management, change of thinking mode and Realization of school development goals. Private universities as the target responsibility system provides a convenient channel, the target of cultivating practical talents management clear direction, the two level management system for the target responsibility system for building a good organizational basis, quantitative management for the target responsibility system lays the foundation of science. The determination of the responsibility of each two level unit should be careful and meticulous, to deal with the results and processes, quantitative and qualitative relationship, attach importance to the scientific and authenticity of the evaluation results.
