摘要
辅导员的语言表达不仅关系着辅导员个人教师形象的树立,也关系着高校宣传思想工作的导向,关系着高校大学生日常思想政治教育的效果。根据辅导员的职业功能和常用的工作方式,辅导员的语言可以分为文字语言、有声语言和副语言三类。全国辅导员职业能力大赛中的五个环节中,有四个环节都在检验着辅导员的有声语言表达能力。因此,提高有声语言表达的效果,是职业能力大赛对辅导员表达能力的要求,是辅导员日常教育工作能否有效开展的重要保证。
