摘要
研究生导师在研究生培养工作中具有至关重要的作用。为更好夯实研究生的业务教育和思想教育工作,河北师范大学生命科学学院在工作实践中,探索实施导师"双责制",实现了将学术指导与思想引领工作相互促进的优化模式,在高校研究生教育工作中具有代表性。
Graduate student tutor plays a crucial role in postgraduate education. In order to consolidate the professional education and ideological education to the graduate students, College of life science of Hebei Normal University explored and implemented the tutor′s double accountability in working practice, and realized an optimized model to encourage academic guidance and thought leading. The 'double accountability' has shown evident representation to graduate student education of university.
