摘要
近年来,我国经济条件不断向前发展,高等教育服务面逐渐拓宽,硕士研究生不断扩招,毕业人数逐年增多,在完善研究生培养体系的同时,研究生的就业优势明显降低,研究生就业压力不断上升。对安徽某高校在校硕士研究生进行就业满意度测评和就业期望值的抽样问卷调查,结合该校近六年硕士研究生就业数据,分析研究生的就业困境及其原因,进而提出改善研究生就业情况的相关对策。
In recent years, China's economic conditions continue to develop, higher education services are gradually broadened, the number of graduates is increasing year by year, the employment advantage of graduates is significantly reduced, and the employment pressure of graduates is rising. This paper carries out a survey of the employment satisfaction evaluation and employment expectation of postgraduates in a university in Anhui, and combines the employment data of postgraduates in the past six years to analyze the employment predicament of postgraduates and its causes, and then puts forward countermeasures for postgraduates’employment.
