摘要
本文从教师专业化发展的起因和困境等角度,对教师专业化发展层级式的进行了一个简单的梳理,并且在现有教师专业化发展困境分析的基础上,通过研究整合,阐述了自己关于教师专业化发展困境的见解。教师教育教学技能和技巧的发展是教师专业化发展的核心,主要目的是促进学生的发展与成功。教师专业化发展现如今所遇的困境大致可分为伦理、知识、权力等三方面。我们面对国外已经给教师专业化发展造成的困境,应当反思在教师专业化发展的道路上,不能盲目借鉴,要正确地面对困境,尽快地脱离困境。
