教师专业化发展的困境

摘要 本文从教师专业化发展的起因和困境等角度,对教师专业化发展层级式的进行了一个简单的梳理,并且在现有教师专业化发展困境分析的基础上,通过研究整合,阐述了自己关于教师专业化发展困境的见解。教师教育教学技能和技巧的发展是教师专业化发展的核心,主要目的是促进学生的发展与成功。教师专业化发展现如今所遇的困境大致可分为伦理、知识、权力等三方面。我们面对国外已经给教师专业化发展造成的困境,应当反思在教师专业化发展的道路上,不能盲目借鉴,要正确地面对困境,尽快地脱离困境。 From the professional development of teachers and other causes and the plight of the angle, the professional de-velopment of teachers hierarchical conducted a simple comb, and on the basis of existing teacher professional development dilemma analysis, through the integration of research, elaborated on his own teachers' Professional Development Dilemma insights. The development of teacher education and teaching skills and techniques is a core professional development of tea-chers, the main purpose is to promote students' growth and success. Teacher professional development is now encountered difficulties can be divided into three areas ethics, knowledge, power and so on. We have to face difficulties abroad due to the professional development of teachers, we should reflect on the road to professional development of teachers, not blindly learn to correctly face the difficulties, out of the woods as soon as possible.
