摘要
从高职院校实验室建设现状出发,结合湖南生物机电职业技术学院实验室建设的探索与实践,阐述了实验室建设管理的基本思路,总结了改革实验室管理体制、加强实验队伍建设、提高实验教学质量的实践经验。
Given the current situation of laboratory construction in higher vocational colleges, together with the exploration and practice of laboratory construction in Hunan Biological and Electromechanical Polytechnic, this paper elaborates the ba-sic idea of laboratory construction and management, summarizes the practical experience of reforming laboratory manage-ment system, strengthening the experimental team construction, as well as improving experimental teaching quality.
