摘要
'餐饮服务与管理'是中职酒店服务与管理专业的核心专业课程之一,是一门实用性较强的课程。同时,在酒店服务与管理专业众多课程中,该课程被各大高校、中职院校选作精品课程进行建设。根据中职餐饮管理专业培养目标,了解和分析目前'餐饮服务与管理'这门课程建设的现状,以及对其中的不足提出合理的建议。优化课程建设,提高教学效果,让学生从该课程中真正受益。
