摘要
为了解大学生创造力倾向现状,响应国家号召,有效指导高校创新人才培养,采取随机抽样的方法,运用威廉斯创造力倾向量表对井冈山大学电气工程及其自动化专业的70名在读本科生进行调查。根据大学生的不同性别、不同年级和是否参加创新项目所表现出来的创新能力,提出了改善本科生整体创造力的方法,制定了相应的人才培养方案。
In order to understand the status of undergraduates' creativity tendency, in response to the national requirement, to effectively guide the cultivation of innovative talents in local colleges, using the method of random sampling, 70 undergraduate students in Jinggangshan University majoring in electrical engineering and automation are surveyed by Williams creativity scale. According to the innovative ability of undergraduates of different genders, grades and participation levels in innovative projects, a method of improving undergraduates' overall creativity was put forward, and training programs were formulated.
