摘要
德国的职业资格标准化考试及培训课程对其各行业高素质人力资源保障非常重要,本文对该考试的组织形式和效能做出分析,并就如何将其有效的培训模式移植入中国职业院校的课程体系做出探讨。
The German occupation qualification standard examination and training courses are very important for the industry of high quality human resources guarantee, this paper makes analysis on the examination of the organization and efficiency,and how to be an effective training model transplanted into China occupation colleges curriculum system to explore.
