摘要
采用《幼儿园教师职业压力问卷》对112名幼儿园教师进行问卷调查,了解幼儿园教师职业压力的现状,结果发现幼儿园教师的职业压力处于中度水平;幼儿园教师职业压力在兼任行政工作与否、学历、任教班级以及园所类别等因素上存在显著差异;幼儿园教师的职业压力主要体现在"工作回馈"方面。
This research selects 112 kindergarten teachers as testees to observe and study the situations of kindergarten teachers' occupational stress mainly by questionnaires. The findings indicate that kindergarten teachers' occupational stress is in the moderate level. Some factors have effect on the level of job burnout such as types of schools,teaching classes,age and school age. The Kindergarten teachers' occupational stress is mainly reflect on Job feedback.
