摘要
在省直管县远程教育教师群体中,职业倦怠的出现已并非个别现象,并在一定程度上制约了远程教育的健康发展。文章总结了远程教育教师职业倦怠的特征,从分析远程教育教师职业倦怠的成因入手,指出应从改革远程教育管理体制、发挥信息技术优势、加强职业生涯规划、打开晋升空间等方面来解决省直管县远程教育教师职业倦怠问题。
