摘要
MOOC用于教师培训是提高教师教学水平、职业技能和专业技能的一个新思路。本文对比分析MOOC培训和传统面对面培训的差异,研究当前MOOC培训的现状,探讨基于MOOC的教师培训机制,并给出相关建议,希望有助于更好完成基于MOOC的教师培训任务。
MOOC for teacher training is a new idea to improve the teaching level, vocational skills and professional skills. In this paper, comparative analysis MOOC training and traditional differences face to face training, research training MOOC current situation, and to explore the mechanism MOOC-based teacher training, and give suggestions, wish to contribute to a better teacher training based on the completion of the task MOOC.
