摘要
高校教学管理队伍专业化建设是提高高校教学质量的重要途径,对高校教学的长远发展有重要影响。本文以高校教学管理队伍专业化建设为探索主题,首先对当前高校教学管理队伍专业化发展中存在的问题进行了简要的叙述与分析,然后针对这些问题提出相关的解决与改进对策,建议提高对教学管理队伍建设的重视程度;加强对教学管理人员的培训与专业化培养;完善教学管理队伍绩效考评制度以及促进管理与研究的结合提高教学管理队伍的创新能力,从而推进了高校教学管理队伍的专业化进程。
Professional construction management of university teaching is an important way to improve the quality of university teaching, has an important impact on the long-term development of university education. In this paper, the construction of university teaching professional management team to explore the theme, the first to question the current management team teaching professional development exists in a brief narrative and analysis, and propose solutions to these problems associated with improvement measures recommended to improve the construction of teaching adminis-tration degree of attention;enhance the training and professional training of teaching management personnel;improve teaching management team performance appraisal system and promote the integration of management and research to improve the innovation ability of teaching management team in order to advance the teaching of the management team specialization process.
