摘要
随着教育改革的深化,高等教育所面临的形式与任务也发生了根本性的变化,树立现代教育理念,改革传统的教学管理模式的需求已经迫在眉睫。本文对目前的高校教学管理模式改革的必要性和存在问题进行了简要分析,并提出了实施教学管理改革的相应策略。
With the deepening of education reform, higher education in the form of task has also undergone fundamental changes, to establish a modem educational concepts, an urgent need to reform the traditional teaching model needs. This ar- ticle provides a brief analysis of the necessity of teaching management in the current mode of reform and the presence of problems and the appropriate implementation of the reform of teaching management strategies.
