摘要
科学合理地评价教师课堂教学质量是各个学校和教育培训机构面临的一大难题和挑战,该文在分析高职教师课堂教学质量评价现状及其不足的基础上,以实证调查与统计分析的方法,研究了高职教师课堂教学质量、学生满意度与学评教分数三者的相关性,发现前者与后两者各不相关,学生满意度与学评教分数呈高度正相关,故把学评教作为评价高职教师课堂教学质量的核心指标是不科学的。
Scientific evaluation of classroom teaching quality is a major problem and the various challenges faced by schools and education and training institutions, and the proposed method of classroom teachers in vocational education and lack of quality evaluation of the status quo, based on the analysis of empirical investigation and statistical analysis studied vocational classroom teaching quality, student satisfaction and relevance of science teaching evaluation scores of the three, found the former and the latter two are not related, student satisfaction and learning teaching evaluation scores were highly correlated, so the science teaching evaluation as the core indicators of classroom teaching quality vocational evaluation is unscientific.
