摘要
随着高校招生规模的不断扩大尤其是全球金融危机的影响,努力提升毕业生就业率和就业质量不但成为高等学校的共识,也成为社会关注的热点。本文通过查阅文献、调查研究和长期工作实践,探索建立了一套就业质量评分体系、并以赋值的方式进行了验证,具有较强的现实指导意义和推广实用价值。
With the continuous expansion of college enrollment, especially the impact of the global financial crisis, efforts to improve the employment rate and quality of employment, not only become the consensus of colleges and universities, has become the focus of attention. Through literature review, research and long-term work in practice, and explore the establishment of a rating system, the quality of employment, and the way the assignment was verified, with a strong practical significance and promotion of practical value.
