摘要
相对于大学校园文化显性教育功能的影响,笔者从隐性教育功能针对大学校园文化作以全面研究分析。首先从物质文化、制度文化、精神文化这三个层面阐述大学校园文化隐性教育功能。其次,找出大学校园文化隐性教育功能发挥中存在的一些问题,进行归纳总结并作出相应的分析,找出新途径,加以充分的开发和利用,构建合理新结构,完善大学校园文化隐性教育体系的功能互补性,努力实现大学隐性教育功能的实效性。
With respect to the dominant influence of the educational function of campus culture, the author from the implicit educational function for the campus culture as a comprehensive research and analysis. First described implicit education function of campus culture from material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture of these three levels. Second, identify the educational functions of campus culture play some hidden problems that exist, to summarize and make the appropriate analysis to identify new ways to be fully developed and utilized to build the new structure is reasonable, sound campus culture recessive functional complementation of the education system, and strive to achieve the educational function of the university recessive effectiveness.
