摘要
北京、上海作为我国经济发展的中心城市,经济发展迅猛,城市化进程快。在经济发展的同时,环境问题也日益严峻。水污染和水资源短缺是我国经济增长面临的重大挑战。本文就1995-2012年的数据进行实证分析,通过对两市的污水排放量,人均GDP的比较分析,研究其经济发展质量的现状,为两座城市相关部门制定发展计划提供参考,为经济建设提出相应对策和建议。
Beijing, Shanghai as the center of the city of China's economic development, rapid economic development, rapid urbanization. At the same time, economic development, environmental issues are also increasingly grim. Water pollution and water scarcity is a major challenge facing China's economic growth. In this paper, 1995-2012 years of data empirical analysis of the two cities by sewage emissions, comparative analysis of per capita GDP, the quality of the research status of its economic development, to provide a reference for the development plan for the cities of the relevant departments, provide corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for economic development.
