摘要
尽管提升机的保护和监护系统不断完善 ,提升容器的过卷事故仍时有发生 ,研制性能优良的缓冲器是非常必要的。针对矿井提升机的过卷事故 ,分析了目前常用塑性变形缓冲器、液压缓冲器、摩擦缓冲器的设计特点 ,并提出了新型缓冲器的设计要求。
Though the protective and inspective system of the mining hoist was improved step by step,the overwinding accident of the cages have not been stopped.It is very important for the mining hoists to study and develop the new type of buffers which have good applied performance.The paper was aimed at the overwinding accident of the buffers in mining hoist.The properties of the plastic deformation buffers,hydraulic buffers and frictional buffers in currently use were analyzed.Meanwhile,the latest designing ideas of new hoist buffers have been presented here.
