摘要
针对当前矿井提升系统使用的过卷防护装置中存在的制动力不足,不可重复使用和生产恢复慢等问题,提出了一种新型的液压缓冲过卷防护装置。根据过卷防护装置的工作特点,拟定了缓冲器的液压系统工作原理图。通过对缓冲系统工作过程的分析,给出了缓冲系统制动力、制动减速度和制动行程的计算公式。
For the problems of braking force shortage ,being not reuesed and production recoverry slow that provided by anti-overwinding device used in current mine lifting system,a new type of hydraulic buffer for anti-overwinding device is put forward.According to the characteristics of the work of the anti-overwinding device the priciple diagram of the buffer hydraulic analysis of the working process of the buffer sysdem,the calculation braking deceleration and braking stroke of the buffer system are gave.
