摘要 新型层状陶瓷Ti3SiC2 兼有金属和陶瓷的许多优良性能 ,具有高的热导率和电导率 ,易加工 ,同时具有良好的抗热震性、抗氧化性和高温稳定性。在高温结构陶瓷、电极材料、可加工陶瓷材料、自润滑材料等领域的应用有着很好的前景。本文综合评述了Ti3SiC2 的性能。 Ti 3SiC 2 is a novel layered ceramic material, it combines many of the best attributes of both metals and ceramics.It is hexagonal and consists of planar Si layers linked together by TiC octahedral.This structure endows it with self-lubricating properties and machinability.Its salient properties such as electric and thermal conductivity,thermal shock resistance,high strength,stable at high temperature,oxidation resistance make it potentially in the fields such as high-temperature structural ceramic,machinable ceramic,etc.In this paper,the properties,fabrication and applications of Ti 3SiC 2 were discussed.
