摘要
回顾了颗粒增强铜基复合材料的发展和常用颗粒增强相;简介了新型三元层状陶瓷材料Mn+1AXn,并将其主要成员与常用铜基复合材料增强相进行比较;介绍了Mn+1AXn陶瓷与铜的复合材料目前的研究进展;展望了该类复合材料的发展和应用前景。
The development of particle reinforced Cu-matrix composites is reviewed. The new material family of ternary carbides or nitrides Mn+ 1 AXn is introduced, and the physical properties of Ti3 SiC2/Ti3 AlC2/Ti2 SnC are compared with that of some reinforcement materials used in Cu-matrix composites. The current study status of the Mn+1 AXn/Cu composites is overviewed, and the development tendency of the new composites is pointed out.
