摘要
黄芩甙具有很好的保健功能 ,是制备保健食品的良好原料。通过实验对影响黄芩甙提取的因素进行了探讨 ,得出了黄芩甙提取的较佳工艺条件 :每批煎煮两次 ,加水量分别为中药量的 10倍和 8倍 ,时间分别为 60min和 3 0min ,分离方式为先用 80目筛网过滤再离心分离 ,用盐酸调pH1~ 2 ,在 80℃保温 60min,静置 3h。
Baicalin had good health caring function and was good health caring food material.The affecting factors of extracting Baicalin was studied,and the good technology conditions was obtained as follows:decocted the scutellaria baicalensis 2 times with decuple water in 60 min and octuple water 30minutes respectively,then removed the residue with 80 screen mesh and centrifuge,regulated the filtrate's pH1~2 with hydrochloric acid,kept the temperature at 80℃ about 60 minutes,laid aside 3 hour,separated with centrifuge,dried the residue and obtained the baicalin product.
