摘要
国有控股上市公司股权激励,对增强公司发展动力、打造国有战略平台、深化国有企业改革等,均具有重要意义。应加快修订完善国有控股上市公司股权激励相关规定,赋予国有控股上市公司实施股权激励相应灵活性,鼓励地方国有控股上市公司实施股权激励,完善对国有控股上市公司股权激励的考核设计,以推动国有企业形成自我激励、自我约束和自我完善的长效机制。
Stock-based incentive plan in state-owned listing companies is of great significance to enhance the power of company development,build a strategic platform for state-owned enterprises,and deepen the reformation of state-owned enterprises.We should accelerate the revision and improvement of relevant provisions on stock-based incentive of state-owned enterprises,provide its corresponding flexibility to implement stockbased incentive plan,encourage local state-owned listing companies to implement stock-based incentive plan,and improve the evaluation of stockbased incentive plan,with the purposes of promoting the long-term mechanism of self-motivation,self-restraint and self-improvement in state-owned enterprises.
