摘要
住区环境的设计和建设是当前住区规划建设的一个重要课题,但尚存在过分关注环境的观赏性、将住区的环境建设理解成一次性行为、高投入带来高房价与高物业管理成本等问题,文章从参与住区户外环境建设的各个主体的不同角度对此进行了分析,指出住区环境设计应一切从需求出发,全方位的关注住区户外环境。
Residential environment is one important subject of present residential planning, but there are still many problems, such as paying toomuch attention to the outlook of environment, high input causing high price of dwelling unit and high cost of property management, etc.. The paperpoints out that residential environment design should meet the requirements and need of home-makers and should pay close attention to all-roundoutdoor environment.
