摘要
提出了对水运类上市企业绩效作综合评价的指标体系 ,利用多层次、多指标模糊优选模型 ,对上海股市五家相关水运企业进行了绩效综合评价实证分析 。
This paper proposes an comprehensive evaluation index system in synthetic appraisal for water shipping enterprises effect. By using multi level and multi index fuzzy optimum model, we have appraised five related enterprises in Shanghai stock market,and satisfactory results have been obtained.
