摘要
基于武器装备发展战略论证的要求,给出了影响武器装备技术方案的主要因素,建立了基于时序模糊综合评判的武器装备发展规划模型,并详细介绍了计算过程.将该模型应用于具体实例,并对计算结果进行了分析,证明了该方法的有效性,为类似问题的解决提供了一定的参考.
According to the request of weaponry development strategy, the influence factors of weaponry technological scheme are provided. Weaponry development programming model based on fuzzy comprehensive assessment with time series is put forward. Computational process is introduced in detail. This model is applied to an example. The calculation results are analyzed, and the validity of this method is proved. It offers some reference for similar problems.
