氟桂利嗪对复杂部分性发作癫痫患者脑脊液NO的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨氟桂利嗪治疗复杂部分性发作癫痫 (CP)患者的辅助疗效及其对CSF中一氧化氮 (NO)变化的影响。 方法 采用荧光分光光度法测定 30例氟桂利嗪治疗组 (A组 )和 30例常规治疗对照组 (B组 )治疗前后CSF中NO水平与癫痫发作次数改善。 结果 两组患者CSF中NO水平治疗前无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。治疗后差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ,氟桂利嗪组癫痫发作明显减少。 结论 氟桂利嗪辅助治疗复杂部分性发作癫痫患者有良好临床效果 ,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To investigate the change of NO concentration and its significance in the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) of patients with complex partial epilepsy(CPE) after treatment of flunarizine. Methods The NO concentration was examined in the CSF of 60 patients with CPE,before and after treatment.The 60 patients were divided into 2 groups.Group A(30 cases) was treated with flunarizine,excepted routine treatment.Group B(30 cases) was only routine treatment as control. Results The NO concentration was similar in the two groups before treatment,but after treatmant that was different,group B(3.65±0.37 μmol/L) was higher than group A(2.88±0.36 μmol/L)(P<0.05). Conclusion After flunarizine treated the patients with CPE,it could decrease the NO concentration in the patient's CSF.
