摘要
工厂信息化制造系统主要分为三个模块,ERP系统、MES系统、PDM系统。工厂智能化改造就是要将三个系统整合为一体。实现从用户下单到产品交付整个周期的高度智能化。本文以激光加工木艺产品工厂为例,论述基于美国美国国家科学基金会信息物理系统(CPS)架构模型技术路线实现工厂智能化升级论题。
With the change of global economic structure,the role of industry in the world is becoming more and more prominent.It is the backbone of promoting scientific and technological progress,economic growth and social stability.With the rapid development of science and technology,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.Customers put forward higher requirements for product quality,personalized customization and delivery cycle.Under such pressure,enterprises must constantly improve the level of productivity,complete the production of products with less energy and resources in order to occupy a place in the fierce market competition.The improvement of productivity lies in the integration of virtual production and real production environment,the use of computer technology,embedded technology,automation technology and services,in order to compress the production cycle and improve production efficiency and flexibility.Therefore,the exploration of new industrial production mode and the intelligent transformation of traditional factories have been put on the agenda,which has attracted great attention from all countries.
