摘要
工业互联网作为新一代信息技术与制造业深度融合的产物,是以数字化、网络化、智能化为主要特征的新工业革命的关键基础设施。工业智能的核心目标是借助人工智能技术,实现制造过程自动化、信息化与智能化,从而整体优化产品全生命周期制造全流程。为此,以工业4.0及“中国制造2025”为背景,对工业智能与工业互联网的关键技术进行分析,研究工业智能的技术演进路线,论述工业智能及工业互联网的发展现状及现存问题,结合典型行业智能制造转型升级案例提出具体应用领域解决方案,以期为企业工业智能发展提供参考。
As the product of the deep integration of the new generation information technology and manufacturing industry,the industrial Internet is the key infrastructure of the new industrial revolution characterized by digitalization,networking and intelligence. The core goal of industrial intelligence is to realize the automation,informatization and intellectualization of the manufacturing process with the aid of artificial intelligence technology,so as to optimize the whole manufacturing process of the whole product life cycle as a whole. Therefore,with Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025 as the background,this paper analyzes the key technologies of industrial intelligence and industrial Internet,studies the technological evolution route of industrial intelligence,discusses the development status and existing problems of industrial intelligence and industrial Internet,and proposes solutions in specific application fields in combination with typical industrial intelligent manufacturing transformation and upgrading cases,with a view to providing reference for the development of enterprise industrial intelligence.
